Obituary

Arlene Christine Rotering, 89, of Canon City, Colorado, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on Monday, 19 September 2022 at St. Thomas More Hospital in Canon City. She was born in Marinette, WI on September 8th, 1933, the daughter of the late William and Hulda (Anderson) Christenson. Arlene married Henry William Rotering in March of 1957 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Arlene enjoyed the outdoors and gardening, especially her flowers.

Survivors include her son Terry (Theresa) of Canon City, grandsons Tanner Rotering and Thomas (Shannon) Rotering; brother-in-law Gordy, Sister-in-law Joanne and other relatives and friends.

Arlene was preceded in death by her husband Henry, siblings Morris (Rosemary), Earl, Dorothy (Charles) Gleason, Helen (Arnold) Zimmerman, Alice Bailey, Laura Marie, Doris (Vernon) Richardson, Mary (John) Oberle, Clayton (Mabel), June, Russell, and Robert (JoAnne) Christenson.
